Jim started in the building trade in 1985 when the company was owned by a couple local businessman. In 1993, the location was purchased by another local businessman and Jim has helped grow the company under the current name of Tri-County Lumber.

Sherry has over 30 years in the building trade and is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She has cut lumber, shingled roofs, stained and painted doors and windows. Sherry handles our customer service as well as accounting, designing and scheduling.

Sam came to us from the West Coast several years ago and joined our staff as inside sales and quickly promoted to outside sales. With over 34 years of experience in the building trade he is well versed in many aspects of the trade. He is very knowledgeable of all our engineered wood products and an expert with pneumatic tool.

Born and raised in Berwick, Stephanie has several years of office experience with local businesses. She is friendly and outgoing and is looking forward to assisting us with our day to day business.

Jan (aka Fluffy) has years of sales experience with our company. His expertise is with metal siding and roofing, decking and railing. Tell him what your looking for and he will help you design just what you are looking for.

Kim has been designing kitchens and baths for over 20 years. She joined our staff in August of 2014 and has great confidence she can solve all of your re-design and new design needs.

Danae recently joined Kim as a new addition to our Kitchen and Bath deartment. Danae brings an Interior Design degree and extensive experiene as a designer since 2000. She has a passion for design and enjoys working with homeowners — helping them design their space, select materials and organize all of the many details needed to produce an efficient, high-quality design that customers will be proud of and love to use.

Barbara Erb is an Outside Salesperson and Roof Truss Designer with 30 years’ experience in the building industry. Her experience includes sales, roof and floor truss design, I-joist layout and design, beam calculations, lumber estimating and takeoffs. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, playing with her grandchildren, kayaking, updating and decorating her home.
